Fan:
High efficiency low noise electric motor with imported top tier maintenance free bearings is adopted, together with new developed centrifugal blower with adjustable air flow rate by 3-stage. The designed fan service life is up to 100,000 hours. The default power input is 220V/50Hz or 380v/50Hz. 110V power is optional per customer’s request.

Heat Exchanger:
CPZF-M series adopts primary grade copper tube and double-sine wave aluminum fin, with steam as the heating media. The heating convector features long service life, small volume but large heating capacity, high heat transfer efficiency, high corrosion resistance and high pressure resistance.

Filtration Device：
Coarse filter will be included on the air inlet side to avoid dust accumulation within the heat exchanger to block the air flow. The filter is made by either synthetic polyester fiber (PET) or aluminum alloy mesh net.

Door Sealing Height：
2~3.8 m

Door height <2.5m，Please pick M1 series product；
Door height ≥2.0m but <2.8m，Please pick M2series product；
Door height ≥2.6m but <3.8m，Please pick M3series product；

Installation Notice:
Please install the air curtain in the indoor side, at 5cm higher than the brim of the door beam.

Instruction of use:
1、 Please inspect the air curtain outlet air velocity periodically. Never operate the air curtain without air filter. If the air velocity is small and the air curtain cannot seal the door seamless, please wash the air filter or replace the air filter by a new one;
2、 The steam inlet is located on the top, and water outlet is located on the bottom. Valve should be installed for control purpose. Steam trap is strongly suggested;
3、 The air curtain outlet air velocity can be adjusted by 3-stage control based on the building entrance orientation, wind speed/direction, and indoor/outdoor air temperature difference and pressure difference;
4、 For better door sealing effect, please pick the air curtain’s sealing width larger than or at least equal to the door actual width during sizing.
