CONPIN ZC Series Side Blowing Steam Industry Fan Heater may ensure a very fast start up for temperature rise due to its excellent heat exchanger design. The best installation height is 2.5-4 meters. The designed application place includes industry factory plant, ware houses, and underground garage.
This Industry Fan Heater employs damping adjustable louvered air outlet, therefore the supply air direction can be adjusted based on the heating demand in any position within the coverage rage.
This product features simplicity structure design, and easy installation. CONPIN ZC series industry fan heater can be wall mounted or ceiling mounted. Automatic temperature regulating valve and fan motor variable frequency drive (VFD) are available based on the customer’s demand.

Instruction of use:
1、 CONPIN ZC series industry fan heater product is powered by 3-phase 380V electricity. Please equip one specified individual protective switch for this air curtain to safeguard it from breaking down due to over loaded or phase-missing. It is not OK to just use a master protection switch in the main power supply. For SB model, please choose flameproof switch to match it.
2、 After wiring, please make a trial operation to check if the blower is running smoothly. Should there is any damage during shipping, please check it out before installation.
3、 Please open the drain valve to empty the water in case of water freezing during un-occupied winter time. The drain valve is equipped on hot water inlet/outlet side.
4、 Automatic temperature regulating valve is an optional device for this industry fan heater.
5、 Aluminum alloy mesh net coarse filter has been employed in this series of industry fan heater. Please schedule regular cleaning based on the industry fan heater’s operation frequency and the AQI surrounding. Usually twice a year for an average level. Either high pressure air flow or clean water could be used for filter cleaning. If there is oil or grease on the filter, please use degreasing agent;
6、 During the water pipe installation, please use uniform and mild torque. Over torque could result in heat exchanger damage.
