CONPIN SYC Series Ductless Remote Supply Air Unit with Ball Nozzles is a synthetic combination for AHU and fan heater. This series of products employ top grade low noise centrifugal fans and ball nozzle diffuser, premium copper tube -aluminum fin type heat exchanger, which enable SYC for long distance air jet delivery by ductless supply, low noise, and high energy efficiency.

SYC breaks the limitation on the air duct system in traditional air conditioning system, which employs long air duct for air supply and diffusers for air distribution terminal. This one is ductless. The outlet ball nozzles are designed with in-depth aero-dynamics research, and it is adjustable for ±35°for any direction. This will be especially helpful for a whole year cooling/ heating operation for better air diffusion (longer supply), in which the cold air jet may be slightly upward during the summer season, and the warm air jet may point slight downward during the winter time.

Compared to the tradition duct based air system, the ductless AHU enjoys merits such as less initial investment, less operation cost, easy to maintain, and less space occupation. The SYC ductless AHU is built with metal frame and metal sheet. The metal sheet is processed by high temperature phosphatizing and degreasing. The painting process uses deep electrostatic spraying epoxy resin. Thermal insulation layer and noise absorber layer are attached on the interior side. As the result, SYC features excellent thermal insulation and corrosion resistance.

This product is suitable for large and tall buildings such as stadium, expo centers, manufacturing plants, airports, and metro stations, etc. The longest blowing distance is up to 60 meters, and the outlet ball nozzles number can customized based on the blowing distance.
